Atomos Expands Production Ecosystem with New Sumo, TX-RX & PTZ Control at NAB 2026

At NAB Show 2026, Atomos is showcasing a range of new solutions designed to expand its production ecosystem. In an interview with KITPLUS, Peter Barber highlights key innovations across monitoring, recording, and connectivity.

The all-new Sumo monitor has been fully redesigned with 4K support, updated recording media, and camera-to-cloud workflows, making it a powerful tool for modern production environments. Atomos also introduced its TX-RX wireless video system, offering more flexible, cable-free video transmission.

Additional updates include the Shogun AV, new production headphones, and expanded PTZ control systems to support remote and multi-camera workflows. Following its acquisition of Flanders Scientific, Atomos is also entering the reference monitor space, further strengthening its end-to-end production offerings.

Together, these updates position Atomos as a more complete solution for creators working across live production, broadcast, and filmmaking.
