Atomos Ninja TX and Shinobi 7 RX Unveiled at IBC 2025

At IBC 2025, Atomos showcased two powerful new tools designed for filmmakers and content creators.

The Ninja TX is Atomos’ most advanced 5-inch monitor-recorder yet, featuring 12G-SDI and HDMI I/O, plus the ability to record Apple ProRes directly to CFexpress media. It also comes with built-in Camera to Cloud support, making collaboration faster and easier than ever. Later this year, Atomos will expand its functionality with camera control integration.

Also revealed was the Shinobi 7 RX, a major update to the popular Shinobi 7. The RX model combines SDI/HDMI connectivity, the camera control and touch-to-focus features of Shinobi II, and adds wireless video monitoring with Atomos TX—making it a versatile on-set monitoring solution.
