Media Composer 2019
One major item on display was the new Media Composer 2019- while features a brand new update. Those who have used Media Composer will be happy to see many returning features as well as some changes to make the NLE more intuitive.
Media Composer 2019 has been a major release from Avid this year, and a hot topic since it's release in June.
MediaCentral | Editorial Management
Avid also showcased Media Central |Editorial Management. This product enriches the media management toolset including browser-based editing and storyboarding.
The programming is designed to enable customers in teams of two up to teams of thousands to easily organize work and streamline production on a project.
Fastserve
Avid also showed off enhancements to it's FastServe video platform. This platform allows fast turn around and efficient end to end news, sports and live production workflows.
It is available in three smaller configurations including FastServe | Ingest, Live Edit and Playout.
Avid NEXIS | Cloudspaces
IBC was also the European debut of Avid NEXIS | Cloudspaces. These Cloudspaces are built to relieve the stress that comes with media management. Cloudspaces extend the already impressive Avid NEXIS Storage to the cloud for easy project parking.
Pro Tools 2019
Pro Tools 2019 boosts power and performance for Avid users. This ranges from music creators to aspiring artists and audio professionals. Pro Tools is built to help users work faster and more efficiently.
