The Avid Everywhere vision will manifest itself as the most fluid end-to-end distributed media production environment in the industry, a comprehensive ecosystem that encompasses every aspect of the new digital media value chain.

Avid Customer Association
In a major move to broaden collaboration across its community of customers and industry partners, the company also announced the creation of the Avid Customer Association, a comprehensive initiative designed to provide essential strategic leadership to the media industry, collaborate with key industry leaders and visionaries, and deepen relationships between the company and its customers. The multifaceted program will engage its network of broadcast, creative, and media customers, and other industry leaders, in a highly collaborative process to provide both strategic leadership and cutting edge technology solutions to address the most important issues facing the media industry today. Founding members of the Avid Customer Association Executive Board represent major media organizations from the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
The Avid Customer Association will hold its first event on April 4-5, 2014 just prior to NAB in Las Vegas, allowing members to speak face-to-face with thought leaders and Avid personnel on a wide range of industry topics. Additional single-focus Avid Customer Association user groups will be organized to focus on topics such as strategic development, products and solutions, industry standards, customer advocacy, customer success, and more.
