| I purchased an Avid Media Composer [ Software product and received a spreadsheet with an Activation Code. What do I do with it? How do I get my products? |

Log into your My Avid Account. If you don't have an account, you will need to create one using a valid Email address

Select the Avid Software Activation and Download link under the My Products section

Open the spreadsheet you were sent via email

Copy your Activation Code (it will be in the left-hand column of the spreadsheet). Your code is 22 Alpha-numeric characters

Enter you code into the Avid Software Activation and Download page

You may be asked to verify your contact information. When finished, select "Activate Product Subscription"

You will be redirected to a page that shows your new product.

For some products, like Standard Avid Support or a Crossgrade Subscription, you may be asked to associate your product to your System ID from a previous product purchase. Select "Validate Your System ID"

Select your System ID from the drop down list, or enter it into the field below. If you do not know your System ID, you can either check the "Products I Own" section of your My Avid Account, or consult How to find your System ID for Media Composer, Symphony, or NewsCutter for information on finding your System ID. Select "Submit"

Your licenses, serial numbers and downloads will now appear in your account
