Avid shows the future of collaborative/distributed workflows at IBC 2022

At this years IBC, Avid demonstrated the future of collaborative, distributed workflows for post production and TV News. ProVideo Coalition covers the news in a recent article written by Jose Antunes and he says "Avid returns to the IBC Show with a sharp focus on solutions that transform the way content teams collaborate efficiently from anywhere."

 Those who visited the Avid stand at IBC got to experience new solutions and tech previews.

Avid debuted NEXIS|EDGE at the show. Avid NEXIS | EDGE enables editors to work from anywhere with the same media access, workflow, and user experience as if they were editing at the facility. And with the Avid NEXIS | EDGE web client, team members can find, organize, storyboard, edit, and review content at the facility, at home, or on location, extending the limits of what’s possible. They also demonstrated Avid Media Production in the cloud. This will allow for content creation teams to shift their workloads into the cloud without compromising their workflows.
