One of the most powerful features of the SE-1200MU Professional Production Switcher is the ability to store up to 9 user presets and recall them at any time.

There are at least three reasons why that's important.

The first, the SE-1200MU can be used for different productions without re-configuring the switcher from scratch each time. Simply select the configuration preset for the location where the video switcher will be used.

Another reason, is it allows multiple operators to store their custom preferences within the switcher. Operator A's unique settings can be stored in save bank 1, and Operator B's settings can be stored in save bank 2, and so on.

The last reason is it prevents accidental tampering of the SE-1200MU's settings during a live performance. If something seems wrong, or there's a possibility that some options were changed accidentally, the operator can instantly recall the proper settings saved in the user preset.
