How Western Australia Standardized Government Meeting Streaming Across 60+ Facilities

When transparency legislation required Western Australian councils to livestream and record meetings, the challenge wasn't just technical—it was operational. Governance officers without AV training needed to reliably capture, stream, and archive sessions in remote locations where on-site support wasn't feasible. Redfish Technologies addressed this by building a repeatable deployment model using Epiphan Pearl systems that integrate audio discussion systems, multiple cameras, and presentation feeds into pre-configured layouts. The approach proved successful enough that over 60 council chambers, courts, and parliamentary facilities now operate these systems, with non-technical staffBroadcast becoming self-sufficient after just two to three meetings.
