Every QuickLink Studio Pro ships with two software platforms purchased separately: New Blue Captivate for live graphics and Studio Edge for remote guest management. Here's what each one does and why it matters for your production.

New Blue Captivate: Professional Live Graphics Engine

New Blue Captivate is a broadcast-grade HTML5 graphics engine built into every Studio Pro model: no separate CG workstation, no additional license, no external hardware.

What it handles:

• Lower thirds — animated, branded, real-time
• Scoreboards and player stats — purpose-built for sports production
• Broadcast animations and titles — full HTML5 graphics pipeline
• NDI output — graphics can be pushed as an NDI feed to any NDI-compatible system on your network, or run locally on the Studio Pro itself

Studio Edge: Professional Zoom Guest Integration

Studio Edge is QuickLink's video conferencing hub, built into every Studio Pro. It solves the biggest problem with remote guests in live production: quality loss, lack of control, and no pre-show staging area.

Key features:

Full 1080p guest extraction — standard Zoom or Teams capture typically degrades to 720p or 480p. Studio Edge extracts guests at native 1080p resolution.

Guest waiting room — guests join and wait in Studio Edge before going live. Your production team can talk to them, check their setup, and cue them without them hearing the program feed.

Remote guest control — from Studio Edge, producers can control each guest's camera framing, microphone level, virtual background, and audio independently. No more "can you move your camera?" conversations on air.
