NewTek NDI® Is Adopted By Sony’s 4K Pan-Tilt-Zoom Camera
NewTek announced today at NAB a collaboration with Sony to bring Sony’s latest 4K Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) Camera- the BRC-X400- to market with support for NDI®|HX.
Sony is an industry leader in the global transition to IP-based technology. Now, with customer demand for NDI growing, a cooperation between NewTek and Sony has begun, to add NDI HX capability to Sony's latest 4K product. The BRC-X400 will feature 4K30p picture quality, and 80X zoom in FHD.
This model also includes several broadcast friendly features to ensure efficient live production set ups over a single Ethernet cable.
