Panasonic Connect: Using NDIHX2 PTZ Cameras

NDI® has become more and more popular and a lot of Panasonic PTZ cameras support this widely accepted standard. The AW-UE40, AW-UE50 and AW-UE150 support optional NDI®|HX version 2, allowing for easy one-cable installation. This is perfect for churches, lecture capturing in schools and conferences in a hotel where a typical broadcast infrastructure is not present - and you want to use the existing infrastructure.

High-bandwidth NDI® is natively supported in full HD for the AW-UE80 and in 4K for the AW-UE160 and AW-UE100. This allows for even better video quality and lower latency which can be used in studios or for live streaming events where mobility and flexibility is needed. Simply plug in your network cable and the video feed turns up in any application that supports NDI®.

In a recent video uploaded to YouTube, Mads from Panasonic Connect shows us how to use NDI and NDI|HX with Panasonic PTZ Cameras.
