Pearl-2 Live Video Production System Announcement

Pearl-2 brings live 4K video encoding and streaming to the impressive list of features it inherits from its predecessor, Pearl™. Along with 4K support, Pearl-2 adds significantly more processing power, giving it the ability to handle up to six simultaneous 1080p video signals at 30 frames per second. Pearl-2, like its namesake, captures, streams and records multiple video sources simultaneously. Many of Pearl-2’s hardware upgrades, including USB 3.0, XLR audio inputs, 12-G SDI inputs and 4K HDMI output ports are the direct result of customer feature requests. This next-generation hardware puts Pearl at the forefront of live 4K encoding and provides the foundation for building out our roadmap of exciting new features. Dialogue starts at 1:22
