QuickLink StudioEdge Expands Zoom Integration with New Remote Production Features

QuickLink has released a major update to StudioEdge, introducing several new Zoom integration features designed to improve remote guest workflows for live production, broadcast, and virtual events. The update builds on StudioEdge’s ability to unify Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and StudioCall into a single remote contribution platform.

Among the most significant additions is Active Speaker functionality, which automatically detects and switches to the current speaker in a Zoom meeting. The update also introduces Zoom Webinar support, making it easier for producers to integrate large-scale virtual events and enterprise webinars into professional production environments.

Additional enhancements include caller screenshare support and per-guest color correction controls, giving operators more flexibility when managing remote contributors and maintaining a consistent on-air appearance across productions.
