This year has been full of many different wonderful gadgets, gear and and amazing software. Many of these things I had to own, many of these I just could not fit into my budget no matter how hard I tried. But now that 2012 is coming to a close, I thought I would share some of my favorite gadget of 2012.

Canon 70-200mm f/2.8 IS II

2012 had started out with one my favorite pieces of gear to date. I was able to finally get my hands on the Canon 70-200mm f/2.8 IS II Lens. This beautiful piece of of glass has won many awards, and after using it you can see why. The heavy piece of glass was built to last. It is fast, sharp and more than capable of capturing every moment. Plus it also performed well while working with video. Simply one of the best pieces of glass I own.

Samsung Series 9 Laptop

Over the year I have use many different laptops, but the one that stuck of me this year was the Samsung Series 9. This small thin Ultrabook style laptop is great for carrying around. It’s even light than my iPad believe it or not. It has some great features including 128GB SSD, Intel i5 , USB 3.0, and a LED HD Screen. This is simple a great laptop for working on when portability counts. read more...
