It?s only been 2 years since consumer sales of 4K TVs have been going on and 4K PC display monitors are even newer than that, having arrive in 2013. Cameras with the ability to capture digital video at resolutions of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels have also only been on sale since roughly 2012, a little bit longer than 4K TVs. Other technologies with the massive new resolution format, such as projectors and DSLR photo cameras, have been around a bit longer than TVs, monitors and photo cameras but they?re also quite new.
