Turtle AV Dante Bluetooth Wallplates Simplify Wireless Audio Integration
Share

Connecting Bluetooth audio to a professional sound system doesn't have to involve complicated adapters or separate audio interfaces. Turtle AV's Dante Bluetooth Wallplates provide a streamlined way to bring wireless audio into Dante-enabled production and AV environments.
In a recent product demonstration, Skyler Varvell, CTS, highlighted how the wallplates deliver two channels of Bluetooth audio over Dante at 24-bit/96kHz, making them useful for conference rooms, classrooms, presentation spaces, and other networked audio applications.
The wallplates support Bluetooth pairing, playback, and volume control through an API, along with Q-SYS integration. Built-in audio processing includes eight-band EQ, compression, and filters, while music metadata can display artist and track information.
With PoE connectivity, the wallplates receive power through their network connection, helping simplify installation.
For educators, AV operators, houses of worship, and production teams, Turtle AV's Dante Bluetooth Wallplates provide a practical way to incorporate wireless audio sources into an existing Dante audio workflow.
