TUTORIAL - Let's Edit with Media Composer - ADVANCED - What's New in 8.6

In this lesson, Kevin P McAuliffe takes you on a tour of some of the new features of version 8.6 of Avid Media Composer, including the Source Browser, used for viewing, linking to and importing your footage, Audio Ducking, for creating quick audio mixes in your timeline, Audio Grouping, for quick selection of specific audio tracks, and the new Mask Margin export feature. The Source Browser alone makes 8.6 a "must upgrade", but make sure you upgrade, when all your current projects are finished. The complete list of new features are:
