Creative Cloud for teams is purchased and managed centrally, making it easier than ever to manage your software investment. Best of all, membership means that your team members get access to new applications and feature updates as soon as they are released, giving them the ability to stay ahead of the curve.

What is the difference between Creative Cloud for individuals and Creative Cloud for teams?

Membership to Creative Cloud for teams includes everything you get in an individual Creative Cloud membership, plus administrative tools for centralized license purchase and management, increased storage capacity, and expert services.

How much more storage capacity does Cloud for Teams give vs Individual?

For a team membership, each person is entitled to 100GB of storage, allowing you to view, edit, store, and share files across your team. You can allocate the amount of Cloud storage each team member gets. As an example if you have 5 seats, your organization gets a total of 500GB Cloud storage. You could allocate 150GB each to your 2 video editors, 100 GB to your After Effects artist and 50 GB each to your 2 graphics artists.

For an individual membership, storage is limited to 20GB per user.

What does Videoguys recommend - Creative Cloud for Teams or Individual?

This is an excellent question and it really depends on the size of your organization.

Videoguys recommends the Individual Cloud for small groups needing 1-4 seats of Creative Cloud. We would advise you to set up individual Adobe.com accounts for each seat, tied to a specific emails from your corporate domain. As an example, we would set up editor01@, editor02@, etc. for our editors here at Videoguys. This will make managing your individual seats easier, and have them registered to your organization, rather than your employees. You will not be able to leverage all of the cloud based collaboration tools of Cloud for Teams, but in your smaller organization this may not matter. Videoguys will be offering Creative Cloud Individual for $359 per year.

If you require more than 5 seats of Cloud, then Cloud for Teams is the way to go. Managing your accounts will be much easier, and you will be able to allocate your shared storage any way you like. You can also control who in your organization gets access to the Cloud and the Adobe software at any given time. This ability to activate your users as needed allows you to stretch your Cloud resources across your organization as needed each step along the production process.

I currently buy Adobe products under TLP/CLP. Can I add Creative Cloud for teams under this program?

No, Creative Cloud for teams is sold through a new Adobe licensing program called Value Incentive Plan (VIP) .

Are there a minimum or maximum number of seats required in order to join Creative Cloud for teams?

After reviewing the details and accepting the terms and conditions, you will enroll by exchanging your Creative Cloud Team Ready license for a Creative Cloud for teams license. From there, you will receive access to an administrator console for inviting and managing users.

I have an individual Creative Cloud membership. Can I upgrade to Creative Cloud for teams?

Yes. If you have an individual Creative Cloud membership, you can cancel with no penalty and reenroll as part of your company's team membership.

How do I cancel my individual Creative Cloud membership to start using the team membership?

Your IT administrator will send you an invitation to join Creative Cloud for teams. Once you have accepted the invitation, you will be prompted to contact Adobe Customer Service to cancel your individual membership.

If I cancel my individual Creative Cloud membership, will I need a new Adobe ID to join Creative Cloud for teams?

No, you will use your same Adobe ID, and you will not need to reinstall anything.

As an IT administrator, how do I install Creative Cloud?

Once you have purchased Creative Cloud from Videoguys.com, you log in to the Creative Cloud Admin Console and follow the easy instructions for getting started. You do not install for your team; once a team member has accepted the invitation, he or she needs to log in to Creative Cloud to download and install applications.

How do I manage and administer my Creative Cloud seats?

Creative Cloud for teams comes with administrative tools that enable teams or companies to easily manage and scale their software investment. The Admin Console allows you to centrally manage licenses; assign, add, or redeploy seats; track usage; and more.

Can I assign someone on the team to manage my Creative Cloud seats?

Yes, anyone with a valid Adobe ID can be assigned to be a team administrator. Note that unless explicitly invited to be a full member of the team, a team administrator does not count towards the number of seats you have purchased.

The service issues a session cookie only to record authentication information for the duration of a specific session. The session cookie does not include the username (Adobe ID) or password of the user. What network-level security is used?
