Our offices will close for Christmas on Thursday, December 24th at 1pm ET and will re-open on Monday, Dec 28th at 9am ET. We will also be closed for New Years from Dec 31st - Jan 4th.
We have loaded a lot of serial numbers into our site so electronic software downloads may be fulfilled as soon as your order is placed. If you do not receive your serial number during the holiday closures please know that we will get it to you as soon as we return.
All hardware orders (Avid DNxIO, G-Technology Storage, keyboards, et al.) will be processed and shipped when we are back in the office.
