Vizrt Purchases NewTek: Combined Companies to be Driving Force in the Transition to IP video

Vizrt's recent purchase of NewTek has sent shockwaves through the industry. Vizrt is already a monster in the media world supplying more than 100 countries worldwide with their media management and content production technologies. Their acquisition of NewTek shows that together they want to take over the world! At least the media world.

NewTek has the live streaming software and hardware needed for professional broadcast-grade productions.
