Wirecast Integrates LinkedIn Live Streaming for Business

To grow your business, you have to keep up with the times. Trends in media coincide with trends in technology more than ever before. With the integration of live streaming now being an avenue for all businesses to go down, LinkedIn seems almost a little late to the game. But now the wait is over and LinkedIn unveils LinkedIn Live.

LinkedIn didn't just spring into this venture without looking for outside assistance. They were smart enough to know how live streaming works and with certain Content Delivery Networks (CDN's) having pre-configured RTMP streams set-up with live streaming software, encoders and especially turnkey solutions would be paramount in springing LinkedIn Live into the masses. One company in particular is Telestream integrating LinkedIn Live into their Wirecast software and Wirecast Gear Systems, one of the premier live streaming software and turnkey solutions in the industry today.

And to underscore how LinkedIn is keen to develop this — especially in its first phase — not as rough-and-ready user-generated content, but as streams of the kinds of videos that fit with its wider ethos, it has selected several third-party developers of live broadcasting streaming services that creators will work with to create and post more polished live video on LinkedIn.
