X-keys Delivers PTZ Camera Control via NDI

Engineering has released beta software that allows their X-keys joystick and keypad controllers to operate as camera controllers for NDI® PTZ cameras. The Windows-based application was demonstrated in the X-keys booth at InfoComm 2018 in Las Vegas. The demonstration included NDI PTZ cameras from PTZOptics and NewTek.

“We received a number of requests from broadcasters and live streamers looking for a way to control multiple NDI PTZ cameras. When NewTek introduced NDI PTZ commands in their NDI Tools, we saw the opportunity to fill this need,” said Dan Slider, Director of Marketing for P. I. Engineering. “Both NewTek and PTZ Optics supported our efforts and provided us with cameras for testing.
