The Auto Loop Application enables the camera to automatically repeat pan/tilt/zoom (PTZ) staging movements ordinarily performed by camera operators during the broadcast of events, as well as in the production of TV commercials and movies. The application is installed directly into the camera, eliminating the need for a computer to operate the software. In addition to choosing between a “patrol” motion and a back-and-forth motion visiting specified locations, the remote camera operator can adjust such parameters as "position setting" to determine the pause duration for each point, "route setting" to determine such parameters as movement speed, and operations including as "preview" and "start", which can be easily configured via the settings screen. What’s more, “fade mode” adjusts the acceleration and deceleration of the camera motions as the motions begin and end, enabling the automated camera system to mimic professional camerawork.
