We have one of the largest warehouse inventories specializing in video editing and production equipment so we have many of the products you see on this site IN STOCK! That means that most orders placed on Monday through Friday by 3pm Eastern Time will be shipped out the same day from our warehouse in Mineola, NY 11501.

Our goal is to always offer our customers the best experience possible so shipping will be calculated on your order automatically using the tools provided by FedEx and/or UPS. If for any reason you do not think that the quoted rate is accurate or fair please give us a call at 800-323-2325 or email custserv@videoguys.com and we’d be happy to check it for you.

International delivery outside of the United States may be available on some items but we strongly suggest that you contact us before placing an order. While the web site is designed to accept international orders there are often other restrictions that may apply. The international rates provided by our site are estimates only and may be higher once the item(s) are packaged and ready to ship. Our knowledgeable customer service staff will contact you with final delivery costs when necessary. Videoguys.com is not responsible for additional taxes, duties, brokerage and/or import charges required for delivery. Returned packages may be subject to original delivery charges and any additional fees.
