Roland Adds Integrated PTZ Camera control

Roland has responded to the growing availability and need for PTZ Cameras. They've help make it possible for high end productions with high end studios to get your content out there to the world. 

Roland's made it easier now to utilize PTZ setups into AV workflows. For example, The VR-50HD MK II and V-Series switchers now include built in support for PTZ cameras. 

According to Roland, here are some benefits with using their switchers with PTZ Cameras:

  • Combine and control cameras from JVC, Panasonic, Sony, PTZOptics, and Avonic; nearly any VISCA-compatible PTZ camera supported

What Roland Switchers have this capability?

These include the V-60HD, XS-62S, VR-50HD MK II, V-600UHD, & V-1200HD
