Long-Distance 3G-SDI to Single-Mode Fiber Conversion

HDR Metadata Pass-Through

The FiDO-4T-ST supports pass-through of SDI metadata, including High Dynamic Range (HDR) information. HDR video can deliver a wider range of colors, brighter highlights, and deeper blacks than Standard Dynamic Range (SDR). Metadata pass-through helps preserve supported signal information as video travels through the fiber transmission path.

Compact and Portable Mini-Converter Design

Designed for professional broadcast and video production environments, the FiDO-4T-ST features a compact, low-profile enclosure that fits into space-constrained installations. Position it behind a monitor, inside an equipment rack, in a mobile production truck, or directly on a camera rig.

The unit accepts 5–20 VDC power and includes a universal power supply with international plug connections. An optional P-TAP power cable supports battery-powered setups in remote production environments.
