Reliable 1TB SSD Media for AJA Ki Pro Recorders

The AJA PAK 1TB SSD Module is designed for professional video recording workflows that require dependable, removable media. Its enterprise-level solid-state drive and protective aluminum housing make it suitable for the repeated handling and transport associated with studio, field, and on-location production.

Compatible with the AJA Ki Pro Ultra and Ki Pro Quad 4K, UltraHD, 2K, and HD file-based recorders and players, as well as the AJA CION camera, the PAK module provides dedicated media for supported AJA production equipment.

HFS+ Formatting and exFAT Flexibility

The AJA PAK 1TB SSD comes preformatted as HFS+ for compatible workflows. When needed, the drive can be reformatted to exFAT in a compatible Ki Pro system, helping you match your media format to your recording and post-production requirements.

Always verify file-system compatibility with your recorder, camera, and editing computer before reformatting, as formatting changes can affect access to existing recordings.

Rugged Construction for Production Environments

Built for use as removable recording media, the PAK 1TB SSD features a protective aluminum enclosure and a reinforced connector designed to withstand repeated insertion and removal. The connector is rated for up to 10,000 insertion cycles, making the module well suited to workflows where media is regularly installed, removed, and transported.

AJA also tests each PAK unit and subjects it to a burn-in period before shipment to help ensure that the drive is ready for production use.

Offload Footage with an Optional AJA PAK Dock

To transfer recorded footage to a computer, insert the PAK module into a compatible optional AJA PAK Dock. Depending on the dock model, footage can be offloaded over Thunderbolt or USB connectivity.
