The BirdDog O4 Outdoor Camera is a purpose-built outdoor PTZ with IP66 sealing, –40 °C to +60 °C operation, 30× optical zoom (60× in HD), and a 500 m IR laser for true night vision. A 1/1.8" sensor captures crisp 4K60 video, while AI tracking, hidden cabling, and versatile connectivity with dual streaming keep O4 ready for any workflow.

O4 is the outdoor PTZ built for real-world deployments. Its die-cast, IP66-rated body runs from –40 °C to +60 °C and includes a heater and hydrophobic lens coatings to keep optics clear in rain, dust, or snow. Capture sharp, color-accurate 4K60 on a 1/1.8" sensor and frame the action from afar with 30× optical zoom (60× in HD). When light disappears, a precision 500 m IR laser and B/W night mode maintain visibility.

Installation is fast and tidy: all I/O sits inside a sealed undercarriage with strain relief and three weatherproof flanges; power with PoE++ or external DC. O4 streams Full NDI and NDI HX3 simultaneously, and can output NDI plus SRT/RTMP/RTSP at the same time. With 12G-SDI, HDMI, and SFP+ fiber, plus adjustable AI tracking profiles, O4 integrates into IP, hybrid, and baseband workflows with broadcast confidence.
