A partnership with Glyph Technologies calls for a new product line. In stock now we have the new Atom SSD Drives that comes in a variety of all sizes and colors. We couldn't wait to share the new product line with you so we turned to Facebook to get the message out faster. Today we went live to FaceBook for the first time! How did we do it? Our crew utilized a small room to create a studio. We used a two camera set up, a PTZ Optics 20X-SDI camera for the product shot and a Sony XD for the wide angle shot. This video was produced and streamed using the Wirecast Gear 110 where we ran each camera through the HDMI port which are connected to a Magewell pro capture card. One of the great things about the WireCast Gear is the lack of hardware. Everything you need is in the unit alone. We easily imported media through the Wirecast Gear by clicking on the plus sign next to source and chose Media. The background we have is available as a free download for all VideoBlocks members. VideoBlocks is a great resource for stock footage, backgrounds, and Adobe After Effects Templates. We were able to use the chroma key feature from Wirecast and have our background from Videoblocks layered under our camera sources. That way the talent will appear in front of the moving background.
