Head to Head - 2014 vs 2015 Macbook Pro for Video Editing

I found this great video from a post in one of my favorite Facebook groups, Moving to Adobe Premiere Pro. Max Yuryev did a great job comparing the editing performance of the current Macbook Pro with AMD graphics vs last years model with Nvidia GPU. For me the results were not surprising at all. For FCPX the new Macbook Pro was faster, for Adobe the older Macbook Pro was faster. While Adobe is taking better advantage of OpenCL, you still gve up a lot of performance with an AMD GPU. If you are an Adobe editor, stick w NVIDIA graphics cards with 2GB+ RAM and 768 or more CUDA cores.
